body shops are under the
same ownership or
management for approx.
ten years or more.
•All non-mechanical shops
under same ownership or
management for at least 5
years.
•All auto parts stores under
same ownership or
management for at least 3
years.
•Superior customer
satisfaction rating
•Highly rated by various
consumer reporting
agencies.
•No complaints registered
with the Registrar of
Contractors where
applicable.
•Clean and comfortable
customer lobby/stores
•Attentive to the needs of
their customers
•They will address any
customer issues
immediately.
•Perform high quality
service at a fair and
reasonable rate.
•Employ highly skilled
technicians.
•Uses every precaution to
keep your vehicle safe and
in good condition.
